By using the Platform, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the Platform. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

  2. Publish job offers if you are a duly authorized employer<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Submitting applications<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Communicate with employers or job seekers as part of a recruitment process<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Access the tools and services provided by Neoquajobs in accordance with your access rights.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t

    3. User obligations<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    By using the Platform, you agree to:<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Protect the confidentiality of your login details<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Use the Platform only for lawful purposes<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Respect the rights of other users (employers and job seekers)<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Respect applicable laws, including those related to privacy, intellectual property and non-discrimination.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      4. Prohibited uses<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      It is strictly forbidden to :<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. Publish false, misleading or fraudulent content;<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Impersonate a person or company;<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Publish offers that are discriminatory, illegal or contrary to labor standards;<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Extract, scrape or copy data from the Platform on a massive scale;<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes;<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. Distribute malware or attempt to compromise the security of the Platform;<\/span><\/li>\n
      7. Harass, intimidate or harm other users.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Neoquajobs reserves the right to suspend or terminate the access of any user who does not respect these obligations.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        5. Content provided by users<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        You remain responsible for the content you publish (job offers, profile, CV, messages, etc.). You guarantee that : <\/span><\/p>\n

        1. You have the necessary rights to publish this content;<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. The content complies with the law and does not infringe the rights of others.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          By posting content on the Platform, you grant Neoquajobs a limited, non-exclusive license to use such content for the operation of the Platform.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          6. Intellectual property\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

          All elements of the Platform, including texts, logos, images, functionalities, interfaces and software, are the property of Neoquajobs Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. <\/span><\/p>\n

          It is forbidden to :<\/span><\/p>\n

          1. Reproduce, distribute or modify the elements of the Platform without authorization;<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. Use Neoquajobs name or trademarks without written permission.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t

            7. Security<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            Neoquajobs takes reasonable measures to protect the Platform and the data it contains. However, you are responsible for : <\/span><\/p>\n

                3. Temporary interruption, unavailability or malfunction of the Platform;<\/span><\/li>\n
