The present <\/span>Terms and Conditions<\/b> (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the job posting platform operated by <\/span>Neoquajobs Inc.<\/b> (the “Platform”). By accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform. <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. Job Seekers<\/b> People using the Platform to consult and apply for job offers;<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Employers<\/b> Companies or authorized representatives publishing job offers or using recruitment tools;<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Visitors<\/b> People browsing the Platform without creating an account.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t

    3. Account creation\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to : <\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Provide accurate and up-to-date information;<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Do not create an account for another person without authorization;<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Keep your login and password confidential;<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Immediately notify Neoquajobs of any unauthorized use of your account.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Neoquajobs reserves the right to refuse or suspend an account at its discretion.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      4. Permitted use of the Platform\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      You are authorized to use the Platform solely for legitimate purposes, including:<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. Consult and publish job offers <\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Managing or submitting applications <\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Recruitment communication between job seekers and employers<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Any use contrary to the law or to the proper functioning of the Platform is prohibited.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        \n\t\t\t\t\t

        5. Prohibited uses\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        It is strictly forbidden to :<\/span><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Publish false, misleading, defamatory, illegal or discriminatory content;<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Use the Platform to solicit, promote or sell unauthorized products or services;<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. Scrape, copy or extract data on a large scale;<\/span><\/li>\n
        4. Interfere with the technical operation of the Platform;<\/span><\/li>\n
        5. Impersonate a user, employer or organization;<\/span><\/li>\n
        6. Submit files containing viruses or malware.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Neoquajobs may immediately suspend access in the event of non-compliance.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          \n\t\t\t\t\t

          6. User-published content\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

          Users remain entirely responsible for the content they publish, in particular :<\/span><\/p>\n

            \n
          1. Job offers ;<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. Profiles, CVs, messages or documents transmitted ;<\/span><\/li>\n
          3. Corporate information.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            By posting content on the Platform, you grant Neoquajobs a non-exclusive, limited license to display and use such content for the purpose of operating the Platform.<\/span><\/p>\n

            Neoquajobs reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or non-compliant.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            \n\t\t\t\t\t

            7. Accuracy of information<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

            Neoquajobs makes every effort to provide reliable information, but does not guarantee the accuracy, validity or continued availability of job offers or information published by employers.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

            Users are responsible for verifying all information before making a decision.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            8. Intellectual property<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

            The Platform, including its design, texts, functionalities and logos, is protected by applicable laws. It is forbidden to : <\/span><\/p>\n

            1. Reproduce or redistribute the content of the Platform;<\/span><\/li>\n
            2. Use Neoquajobs trademarks or logos without prior authorization.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t

              9. Payments and paid services<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

              For certain services (e.g. publication of premium offers), fees may apply. When you purchase a service : <\/span><\/p>\n

              1. You accept the prices displayed at the time of purchase;<\/span><\/li>\n
              2. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated;<\/span><\/li>\n
              3. Invoices can be issued electronically.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                4. Indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Neoquajobs may terminate or limit your access at any time, in particular if:<\/span><\/p>\n

                  2. Your activity is detrimental to the operation or security of the Platform;<\/span><\/li>\n
                  3. You use the Platform for fraudulent or abusive purposes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
