1. Introduction

The present User Policy (the “Policy”) governs access to and use of the job posting platform of Neoquajobs Inc. (the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the Platform.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure a safe, respectful environment that complies with the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Platform only for :

  1. Search for job offers
  2. Publish job offers if you are a duly authorized employer
  3. Submitting applications
  4. Communicate with employers or job seekers as part of a recruitment process
  5. Access the tools and services provided by Neoquajobs in accordance with your access rights.

3. User obligations

By using the Platform, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information
  2. Protect the confidentiality of your login details
  3. Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
  4. Respect the rights of other users (employers and job seekers)
  5. Respect applicable laws, including those related to privacy, intellectual property and non-discrimination.

4. Prohibited uses

It is strictly forbidden to :

  1. Publish false, misleading or fraudulent content;
  2. Impersonate a person or company;
  3. Publish offers that are discriminatory, illegal or contrary to labor standards;
  4. Extract, scrape or copy data from the Platform on a massive scale;
  5. Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes;
  6. Distribute malware or attempt to compromise the security of the Platform;
  7. Harass, intimidate or harm other users.

Neoquajobs reserves the right to suspend or terminate the access of any user who does not respect these obligations.

5. Content provided by users

You remain responsible for the content you publish (job offers, profile, CV, messages, etc.). You guarantee that :

  1. You have the necessary rights to publish this content;
  2. The content complies with the law and does not infringe the rights of others.

By posting content on the Platform, you grant Neoquajobs a limited, non-exclusive license to use such content for the operation of the Platform.

6. Intellectual property

All elements of the Platform, including texts, logos, images, functionalities, interfaces and software, are the property of Neoquajobs Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws.

It is forbidden to :

  1. Reproduce, distribute or modify the elements of the Platform without authorization;
  2. Use Neoquajobs name or trademarks without written permission.

7. Security

Neoquajobs takes reasonable measures to protect the Platform and the data it contains. However, you are responsible for :

  1. Keep your password confidential;
  2. Immediately report any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Suspension or termination

Neoquajobs may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, without notice, if you :

  1. Do not comply with this Policy;

9. Limitation of liability

Neoquajobs cannot be held responsible:

  1. Errors in job offers published by employers;
  2. Recruitment decisions made by employers;
  3. Temporary interruption, unavailability or malfunction of the Platform;
  4. Any damage resulting from the use of the Platform.

10. Changes to the Policy

Neoquajobs may modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform with the updated date. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of these changes.
